Egyptian Gods

Egyptians in their religious beliefs held the view that Pharaoh was an incarnated God upon the earth.  The Egyptians strongly believed in life after death, which is why they created elaborate coffins, perfected embalming techniques and built wondrous final resting places for them.  They believed that after you died, your soul would be weighed against a feather to determine your goodness.  The Egyptians viewed their Egyptian Gods as the aspects of the Supreme Creator.
